BUYING AND SELLING ASSISTANCE*
- Sourcing the prospective client and finalising the negotiation till documentation ( FOR SELLING)
- Sourcing a suitable and good returns properties as per clients requirements with clean chit of documents.(FOR BUYING)
- Service Charges - 2% of the total asset value
TENANT FIXING, MANAGEMENT & VACATING INSPECTION - 9.5% OF THE TOTAL
