CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
- JAI HIND NRI Services have been supporting its customers in various field of activities.
- Now we have added a primary requirement of providing a service of "Construction ,Operation & Maintenance" Of the buildings with tenant management as a main focused activity.
- The scope of our service will be right from feasibility study of the proposed building in all the aspects of commercial, technical and legal. We will look after right from statutory procedures with government agencies, building plan proposal, construction plan and its execution till completion. Then, to rent out the property and to maintain the same. We are finding our clients are approaching us delightfully since they consider us as “A ONE SPOT SOLUTION” for their investment as well for their regular income.

HOUSE REFURBISHMENT SERVICE
- Refurbishment of houses, plots ,villas will be under taken on the Civil, Mechanical & electrical part of Works on a mutually agreed basis. Inspection report will be submitted. – Service charges will be 10% of the total cost with minimum of Rs.3,000 (Lumpsum).
ANCILLARY ENGINEERING SERVICES
- Fencing of houses,plots & Sheds - Service charges will be 10% of the total cost involved.
- Laying of New shedsin vacant areas - Service charges will be 10% of the total cost involved.
- Installation of Gates - Service charges will be 10% of the total cost involved.
- Arranging for Solar panel/heater fitment and inspection-- Service charges will be 10% of the total cost involved.
